- All our products are dispatched within 2 working days of Wise Property Care receiving cleared payment via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery or a courier. A tracking number can be provided if requested.
- A signature will be required upon delivery.
- If you are not in at the time of delivery a card will be left with details on how you can pick up your order.
- We can deliver to a home address or place of work.
- Your order can be delivered any time between 7am and 9pm.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we can exchange for a gift certificate to the same value for redemption in the Wise Condensation Shop.
If you think that your item is faulty then please give us a call on 0800 65 22 678 and we will arrange a replacement for you. We will even pay for the postage to get the original back to us.
- Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 30 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
- Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
